Vaccine confidence in Sudan is high* compared to other countries. The latest data we have for Sudan is from surveys conducted in 2024, which showed that 81% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 84% think they are effective. 91% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines.

Confidence in vaccines in Sudan has increased since the first surveys carried out there. In 2020, average vaccine confidence was high*. 72% of people felt that vaccines were safe and 75% thought they were effective. 81% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines.
