Vaccine confidence in Armenia is high* compared to other countries. The latest data we have for Armenia is from surveys conducted in 2019, which showed that 71% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 77% think they are effective. 84% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 81% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.

Confidence in vaccines in Armenia has remained stable since the first surveys carried out there. In 2015, average vaccine confidence was high*. 67% of people felt that vaccines were safe and 76% thought they were effective. 87% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines.
