Vaccine confidence in Luxembourg is very high* compared to other countries. The latest data we have for Luxembourg is from surveys conducted in 2022, which showed that 85% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 92% think they are effective. 86% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 83% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.

Confidence in vaccines in Luxembourg has increased since the first surveys carried out there. In 2018, average vaccine confidence was high*. 66% of people felt that vaccines were safe and 76% thought they were effective. 83% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines.
