The latest data we have for Slovakia is from surveys conducted in 2022 which showed that 60% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 66% think they are effective. 61% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 65% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.

Confidence in vaccines in Slovakia has declined since the first surveys carried out there. In 2018, 65% of people felt that vaccines were safe while 71% thought they were effective. 75% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines.
