The latest data we have for USA is from surveys conducted in 2023, which showed that 76% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 77% think they are effective. 82% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 76% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.

Confidence in vaccines in USA has decreased since the first surveys carried out there. In 2015, average vaccine confidence was high*. 81% of people felt that vaccines were safe and 86% thought they were effective. 86% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines.
