The latest data we have for Serbia is from surveys conducted in 2019 which showed that 74% of people feel that vaccines are safe and 82% think they are effective. 89% of those surveyed said they believe it’s important for children to have vaccines and 74% feel that vaccines are compatible with their religious beliefs.

Confidence in vaccines in Serbia has increased since the first surveys carried out there. In 2015, 74% of people felt that vaccines were safe while 75% thought they were effective. 80% said they believed it was important for children to have vaccines and 67% felt that vaccines were compatible with their religious beliefs.
